Weekend Update...
Warning the following contains potty training talk:
This doll is now sitting on the top of our fridge right now. John and I decided to try to use a big incentive to get M to poop on the potty. She is doing so well with peeing, but we just can't seem to convince her that doing the other is okay as well. We drew up a chart with seven boxes. Every time she goes, she will get a princess sticker in a box. After 7 times, she gets the doll. Keep your fingers crossed that it works. This is getting frustrating. (BTW, I payed a lot less for that doll at Target!)
- end potty talk!
On to the weekend... Friday, we went to a friend's house for a play date. They have an in-ground pool. It was a lot of fun. There were a few other moms there with their kids., M was the oldest for a change. P didn't seem to like the pool much and played at the water table most of the time. Which was good, since it allowed me to work with M in the pool. I got a little bit of sunburn on my back, but I don't think it is enough to peel.
Yesterday and today were pretty mellow. I took my car to the dealer to have the rear door panel replaced. It was rattling. I hung out at the dealer while it was being done. Normally, I would hate waiting, but it was nice to sit without kids and just have some quiet time. Today, was laundry and picking up around the house. I took P with me to Target after naps, while John took M out on her bike. I'm not sure who had more fun. LOL
Speaking of Target, John says I am a clearance rack addict. I will admit it, I am. I find myself checking out the clearance rack in the kids section at Target and Wal-Mart just about every time I go in. I don't always, buy, but I always look. I told him, I do it because you never know what you will find in there! I have already gotten both M and P something for the fall and winter at dirt cheap prices. Who can really afford to buy full retail anymore? I know some of those moms out there who are reading this do the same exact thing. Come on, admit it!
I finished up 10 more hours on JN Baby Garden. I have 2 more bands to go, but I think I'll take out something else from my rotation, probably the Kiss. Here's the pic of BG at 30 hours:

Off to bed!

Vicki, feel free to add me! I'll add you to mine as well. Thank you for the compliments.
Good luck on getting your DD to use the potty - that doll looks like enough of an incentive!
I like your new layout!
