It's gone!!!!!

Ding dong, the noise is gone!!! If you remember a while back, I was having a knocking noise coming from the driver's side door. I had taken it in to the dealer and they replaced the panel. They claimed that the noise was gone. Well, half way home, it was back. Today was the first time I had a chance to make an appointment to take it back. The technician took me out with him on a test drive so that I could point it out to them. Thankfully, he heard it and was able to figure out what it was. He did a few adjustments to the latches in the doors and PRESTO! no more noise! Yay!!!!!!! I could have kissed him. LOL That has been driving me crazy for weeks.

WE have had a busy week. Tuesday night, I had an EGA board meeting. Wednesday, we went to a puppet show at the library with SIL and my niece. It was pretty good and the kids loved it. The most exciting part of the show was after when Maya took her first 2 steps. That was exciting to be able to witness it. :) She also calls me "Auntie" now. It really makes me smile every time I hear it.

Thursday, we hung around the house playing and then I tutored. Yesterday, I drove M to my mother's. She has been there for the weekend. It has been a nice break from having 2 kids in the house.

Stitching wise, I have not been stitching much because the basement has been hot and sticky. I have not been turning on the AC during the day, so by night the basement is no longer cool. Today was a pretty cool day, so I was able to comfortably stitch this evening. That is after I cut fabric for my EGA chapter meeting this week. I should finish up my round on Enchanter tomorrow night. I don't think it will look like much progress because I have been BSing this whole time, but oh well.

I'm tired, so I'm headed to bed.
