Happy Birthday....

To me! Yep, I turned 36 today. Overall, it was a really nice day. I got to sleep in this morning and then John woke me up with the 2 kids and a couple of cute cards. M signed hers with M's all over it. She was so proud! SIL and MIL came over this afternoon with flowers and a yummy ice cream cake. I did leave later on to go tutor, but the session was canceled due to a gas leak in the area near the center. That was OK though, I didn't mind. M's school also had their open house this evening. We got to see her room and she was able to meet her teacher again. I think she is excited to start school again next week. Overall, it was a really nice day.

For gifts, I got a year subscription to XM satellite for my car and my trip to CATS at the end of the month. 20 days left!!! I also received a few Birthday exchange gifts:

I also finished another round on Desiderata. I am almost done. I think the next time it comes up in my rotation, I'll be able to finish it.
