A few flakes will do...
I started tutoring a student in AP chemistry this morning. I have some refreshing to do, because I will admit it has been a while. Shouldn't be too hard though. The girl knows the material, she just has a hard time translating it over to the tests, so that is what we will be focusing on mostly...test taking.
When I got home from tutoring, M wanted to go outside, so badly. It snowed last night, but was quickly melting this by the time I got home. In any case, I bundled them up in snowsuits and boots and let them loose on the pitiful patch of snow we had in the backyard. They had fun. P fell face first into the snow, and I don't think he liked that too much. I hope we get some decent snow this year. Every kid needs to play in the snow.
And now to the HD of the week. This is Q is For Quilt by The Nutmeg Needle. I took it was a class in 1999, I think. I'm glad I finally threw it into my rotation, because it stitched up pretty quickly. It took about 21.5 total hours. I think I'll make it into a wall hanging, at some point. You know, when I have more time. LOL I'm now working on Mini Madalas I.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! I'm not absolutely crazy about the stuff myself, but I know every child has the right to experience it in their lifetime.
This Q is for Quilt is great! Very nice work, and I love the colors.
Thank you for the hug. I really needed it.
